The KT-BG-8 Series Pre-Security and Self-Boarding Gate is an intelligent access control solution designed for pre-security and self-boarding applications at airports. The system supports facial recognition, multi-mode credential reading (MRZ, NFC, RFID, 1D/2D barcodes), and contactless passenger verification, enabling controlled and efficient passenger flow.

With a DC brushless servo motor, 1.5-second gate opening time, and a throughput of 20–30 passengers per minute, the KT-BG-8 Series ensures stable operation, high durability (MCBF up to 5 million cycles, service life 30 million operations), and comprehensive safety functions including anti-tailgating, anti-pinch, object detection, and emergency release. The gate is available in single-lane (BG818) and dual-lane (BG828) configurations, making it suitable for flexible terminal layouts and modern airport operational requirements.
